Sclerosant therapy (sclerotherapy) is an infiltrative therapy performed by the Vascular Surgeon and through which lower extremity imperfections(varicose veins, varicose veins, and capillaries) are aimed at being reduced.
The duration of sclerosing therapy and, consequently, the number of sessions the patient must undergo varies according to the extent of the area to be treated.
Skin cannot be exposed to sunlight in the two weeks after sclerosants are performed.
It is necessary to emphasize that the sclerosant treatment does not prevent the formation of new blemishes but does allow the reduction, and in some cases even elimination, of existing blemishes.
